It can be quite difficult to stick to a diet of three healthy meals every day when you’re running around after your kids and you lose all track of time!
Of course when you don’t eat three square meals a day you find yourself snacking to keep your energy levels up, or finishing off the kid’s meals just so the food doesn’t go to waste… and we all know where this story ends. With us feeling like fat and frumpy moms wishing we had time to eat properly.

Smoothies are excellent drinks for busy moms as they take away the temptation of indulging in unhealthy sodas or other sugar filled beverages during the day.
They don’t take very much time to make and are easy to carry around. If you store them in the right container they can stay fresh for up to 48 hours.
