I never truly understood just how time consuming a newborn baby was until I had one, well two to be exact. I have no idea where the time went but most days I didn’t have time to think about eating let alone going into the kitchen and actually cooking something.

So if you have a friend who is just about to welcome a new member into the family why not help her out by stocking up her freezer with healthy homemade meals she can just defrost and stick in the oven.
